I received an order a few days ago and the buyer sent me a message saying: 'Let me know when you want to get started?', I replied with a suggested time and I've heard nothing back from them. The delivery date is today but I don't have the information I need for them to undertake the work. I've messaged again and still nothing. What should I do? Is this common practice? Thanks
