    Hello everyone, I lost my Fiverr account password and was not able to access it for one month (there were some technical issues). Now, I am not able to reply to anyone in my chat. Is this going to affect my response rate?

      Hi @dazonntech, We are just other users of this platform. You'll need to contact Fiverr Customer Service by creating a Help Desk ticket here:

      https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/account-and-security/report-bug

      Or, you can email Fiverr CS at support@fiverr.com. They should be able to help with this issue.
