I didn't have any bad reviews nor any drop in of any of my stats

I recently received a notification stating, "Your Gigs cannot be promoted right now. We'll notify you as soon as this changes." This appeared after canceling just one order, the sole cancellation in the last four months. As a Level 1 seller, I seek clarification on why this message is displayed and what steps I can take to resume gig promotion. Thank you for your assistance.
