  1. Since we must keep our conversations in the chat app, it would an amazing and simple upgrade to this website app, by offering "TAGS." Meaning, when I am communicating to my resource(s), it would be ideal to be able to tag posts/texts that are "To Dos", "Questions" or "Feedback"... also, it would be good to be able to assign those Tags to a person... either the customer or the resource(s). We need a smarter communications box to conduct our collaborations. Furthermore, allowing a list generation for "To Do" Items for the resource to address would be helpful. Also, a series of checkboxes that show it being done on one side (resource) and then a second checkbox showing "Done & Agreed" on the customer's side. So there is a system by which both sides can parse the litany of various types of comments and action items into an actionable list. At the moment, it's like a text message with my girlfriend... ALL OVER THE PLACE. She asks me for some "honey-dos," I can't find them in one place and then I miss something that she is asking of me. Then the relationship gets weird or not smooth. Same here. I have had to restate, retype, and reexplain 50 things because it got lost in the feed which is not intelligent... we need an "Intelligent Chat Feed" that is designed for the confines of this application. I see productivity rising by 20% to 50% with fewer mistakes and costing less time on both sides to get to the desired outcome without things being missed. Or, the resource feeling burned out from the intense level of asks and feedback from the customer. Similarly, the customer will feel less stress and concern that things are being missed. It's extremely tough to get the job done on both sides with an Intelligent Chat Feed that is tag-enabled and has basic intelligence in the workflow. LFG!!! Lin
