I am a new seller on fiverr doing English- Arabic translation, and I am not sure how to communicate with a potential buyer.
I understand that I shouldn't communicate with buyers outside of fiverr and that buyers should place orders before I start working for them.
However, I still have some questions.
First, should I ask a buyer to make an account on fiverr? and how can I know if they already have an account of fiverr?
Second, when a potential buyer ask me for translation, is it ok to ask him/her to see the documents required for translation before s/he places an order? or should I wait till they place an order to see the documents required for translation?
Third, how can stop scammers from communicating with me? I have been getting tons of messages from scammers pushing me to communicate on telegram, and Fiverr Web itself has been blocking them. Is there a way to at least reduce their communication with me to the minimum?
