  1. Thanks, @visualstudios that does appear to definitively answer the question. My conclusion is that Fiverr somehow messed up when they advertised this feature to me - the ad claimed that I was eligible, while apparently I am not. I don't understand, by the way, why I'm not eligible. I have a 5-star rating and plenty of satisfied clients. Does anyone know the minimum eligibility requirements for this feature?
  2. Hello my fellow sellers, I cannot find any useful information on this through the Fiverr website and the relevant link in the "help" article seems to be broken. So I'm reaching out here for help. This morning, my Fiverr dashboard is advertising 'new features' to me including the option to set up client consultations through a Fiverr calendar. According to the 'help' file, all I have to do is go to my Fiverr profile and click the button for 'Manage Consultations'. That file also includes a link which seemingly purports to take me to the place where I can turn on the Consultations feature; but unfortunately, it leads instead right back to my dashboard. When I go to my Fiverr profile, unlike what I see in the screenshot of the 'help' file, there is no button at all to turn on Consultations nor, indeed, any content that references consultations at all. So I'm stuck and asking the community: how can I actually turn on this feature? Almost all of my business through Fiverr is consulting work, so it would greatly behoove me to activate it, if indeed it is a real feature and not just an early April Fool's prank. Thank you all for your assistance.
