    It's unclear if one bad review will prevent me from getting jobs, which means Fiverr won't get paid, and I won't be able to afford promoted gigs.

    I think the same! I talked to the support team, and they even said I did everything to help this client and deliver more than he bought. This review was made in bad faith. 😞
