Despite delivering five-star orders consistently to my repeat buyers, my profile stats have hit rock bottom. Here are some key details: My gig promotion was enabled by Fiverr four months ago, even before meeting their criteria of 20 reviews on that specific gig. However, after a month or so, the promotion automatically stopped, citing that my gig didn't meet the criteria. As a result, my impressions have plummeted from 6-8K to a mere 20-30 impressions per week and 6 to 16 impressions per day. I'm also experiencing zero clicks and messages for the past three to four months. Despite my efforts, including updating gigs, optimizing my profile, and contacting Fiverr support (who provided generic articles), I haven't been able to resolve the issue.
