  1. Dear @Kesha and Fiverr Community, I hope this message finds you all in good spirits. Today, I want to bring forth a heartfelt plea regarding the recent adjustments to Fiverr's evaluation system. Since the introduction of the "quality of delivery" option, I've observed a notable shift in the dynamics of feedback on the platform. While I appreciate the intention behind this change, it has led to unforeseen challenges for many of us. Previously, evaluations were rooted in how well the service aligned with the provided description. However, with the new system, there appears to be a marked emphasis on the client's perception of service quality above all else. As someone deeply committed to delivering services that align precisely with the descriptions outlined in my gig offerings, this shift has been somewhat disheartening. Despite meticulous attention to detail in crafting accurate and transparent descriptions, I've encountered a surge in 4-star reviews over the past month. Interestingly, all of these lower-rated reviews were attributed to the "quality of delivery" aspect, rather than any discrepancy in the service description. This trend raises significant concerns, as it directly impacts our ability to attract new clients and maintain our standing within the community. Hence, I respectfully implore Fiverr to reconsider the current evaluation system. This balanced approach would not only provide more accurate feedback but also ensure transparency and fairness in the evaluation process. I believe that my experience resonates with many freelancers on the platform, as it underscores the importance of upholding integrity and clarity in our interactions with clients. Thank you for taking the time to consider my plea. I remain hopeful that together, as a community, we can work towards a more equitable and transparent evaluation system. Warm regards, Summiya F
