why can't l add more videos and photos to my portfolio?

Can someone please help me add more content (videos and photos) of my work onto my gig please? I can only add one video and 3 photos, but l'm noticing other people's gigs having multiple videos and images on theirs. I came across this section on https://help.fiverr.com/hc/en-us/articles/4413134063633-Using-My-Portfolio that l believe was supposed to help me do exactly this but l can't seem to find the 'create portfolio' section (please see attached image for reference). If anyone could help me, that would be so amazing! Been stuck on this for days now. Thanks in advanced, Bec
