    I wonder if Fiverr blocks/bans people who use chargebacks? (I know lots of other services like Apple and Amazon will do this!)

    Exactly, I think the reason "delivered in the wrong format" and putting a negative review was an excuse to make his scam successful because When I asked him his desired format he did not reply to me. I believe It was part of his pre-plan that later he could file a chargeback and use this negative review as proof.

    In your particular case, we cannot comment unless and until all the details of the specific order is revealed. Also fiverr does not take any guarantee for chargeback, they do fight the chargeback case for you but it is not guaranteed that you win. 

    You are right, I also heard from some of my friends that fiverr provided them compensation against the chargeback. but they all are using Seller Plus accounts. so is it possible that fiverr gives compensation to sellers plus account users only?

    2 days ago I got a notification that my order with the buyer had been cancelled, The order was placed for designing of mobile app. I have keep communicated during the order and updated him by sending designs as progress. I followed his instructions to modify the designs until his satisfaction and at the end he confirmed the design and allowed me to complete the order. then I delivered the order by attaching a zip file of all the designs in jpg format and figma link and he accepted the delivery manually. After some time he put a negative review on the feedback. when I asked him the reason and he told me that you had not sent me designs in the proper format, again I asked him in which format you wanted, he had no answer and stopped replying to me. 

    When I contacted customer support they told me that the buyer had filed a chargeback and we could not help in this case, I provided all the proof of work and sent an agreement that I and buyer agreed in the beginning but they refuse to help me and today they told me "please be advised that this order is not eligible for compensation" 

    What can I do now? what if every buyer files a chargeback and gets work for free? how can I get my money back?
