[Should i deliver the order or not?]

Hello i am a fiverr seller about to reach level 1, ny niche is web development.

So recently i had a client who placed order and i worked as he was wishing the things to turn out, he was completely satisfied. So after that the hosting company *ionos* for my clients website locked his hosting account asking for some documents ( i had contacted them regarding the issue ), my client is now offline for past 6 days, so my question is, should i deliver the order *because i had completed my job* OR *should i wait for him to reply and help him unlock his account by guiding him and then deliver the order*.

[Am i allowed to create such website as a seller for buyers on fiverr?]

greetings, i am a wordpress developer on fiverr.  i recently had a buyer asking me to create a website related to followers increase on social media platform, so as a seller am i allowed to create such websites for buyers, OR should i avoid it as it might violate terms and conditions of fiverr. please guide me .

As i said yes i had talked to buyer about that.(did not ask them to increase or manipulate the ratings).

They said they want to change it.

I just askem them is there any reason for a lower review, where did i go wrong in order to rectify any issues they faced with service.

After that, they said they mistakenly pressed 4 stars , they were 1000% satisfied with service.

We were working on multiple orders, they were very pleased since the beginning. 

The text review they left was amazing but they said they pressed 4 stars instead of 5 by mistake.

So can fiverr do anythung regarding this?

Recently a buyer gave me 4.7 rating and they said they did it by mistake, they were fully satisfied with service and wrote an amazing review but the rating was 4.7 by mistake.

So can a buyer open a ticket and ask for changing the ratings?
