I facing an issue with the Fiverr promotion option. It was perfectly working but currently within a month 2 2-time Fiverr promotion eligible off and on. Even during this period, I didn't get a 4-star rating. All are 5-star and good feedback. The client also wrote he would repeat my service for the next task. Everybody can read feedback comments.
The main issue is when it's not eligible for Fiverr promotion gigs completely disappear from Fiverr search results.
Today I received again notification about gig's cannot be promoted anymore.

I faced this issue two times.
In my experience, the only way is to wait.
You need to wait on my experience I wait 6 months then it will be back on position.
If you can get good traffic from social platforms and generate good sales it will also help to get back on rank.
You can also ask to support team.
There are several factors involved in derank bad reviews, private bad feedback, client complain etc.-

My gigs do not appear anywhere in the search results. Can anyone help me search the keywords "bulk image editing" and "bulk image background removal" I always appear on the first page of these keywords but now It does not appear anywhere on Fiverr.
