    I have been working on Fiverr since 2019. During this time, I have completed 1074 order, and have a 4.9 average with 628 reviews. Today, my profile is no longer eligible for promotions.     5 years of hard work, 24 hour service to my clients, with so many amazing projects, today go down the drain. What used to be a platform that supported its sellers, has turned into a machine that doesn’t recognize talent, professionalism or hard work. My account has been unfairly punished for the past year when I was demoted from Top rated to Level two for no reason at all, but this was just the cherry on top, and unfortunately, this will most likely cause me to not be able to offer services for much longer.
     

    Ever since the new system has been implemented, despite delivering so many projects and receiving great feedback from my clients, my success score of 4 points out of 10 has not moved for a single moment. According to Fiverr, the success score is now based on our day to day performance, and it can change on a day to day basis, depending on how we do with our projects, however this is simply not true, because it has remained frozen ever since I got dropped from a Level Two account, into a Level 0 with the "new success score system update".

    I was advised to focus more on communication, to reach out to clients often, to extend the delivery time to accommodate more revisions, to improve the quality of work, to consult with clients more often – All of which I have implemented, with absolutely no results. I would express my concern that something is wrong with the account, and the success score doesn’t seem to move, but I was faced with the same response every single time: Keep trying your best, it takes time for the success score to change.

    Am I the only professional on Fiverr facing this problem, or is this a common issue?

    I would greatly appreciate anyone’s feedback on this case. This has caused me a lot of stress, has forced me to fire my team, and it has basically ruined my quality of life, for absolutely no fault of mine.

    I'm also facing the same issue for the last 4 months. In my case client cancel other because he changed his mind and don't want it.

  2. I generate a support tick #11549312 for solving some issues. But I didn't get any response for 6 days. After that, I generated one more ticket #11571221 but it was marked as solved automatically without getting any response. Then I try one more ticket #11572666 and it repeats the same process. 

     

    My account is already frozen and I didn't get any response from the support team either. Now, where can I appeal my issues?

  3. It's two months passed still my account is frozen due success score. Fiverr has no idea about how badly impacted also they have no solution for order cancellation. A client just canceled the order without any reason and admits now he doesn't want it that's why he canceled the order. 

    This cancelation destroyed everything and now 2 months passed still no response account is frozen. Even I get some reviews from my repeating clients but there's no impact on the score.

  5. I am disappointed with this Fiverr update review system. 

    Recently 2,3 clients submitted feedback with good comments but I received 2.7 and 3.7 ratings. 
    When I asked from clients about my work they were amazed and told me they submitted 5 5-star rating, but unfortunately, it's just the case with the new Fiverr review system. 

    When I asked from client, if you thought it was wrong or mistakenly submitted this rating you can update it by contacting the support team. My client also asked how they can update the rating I told him there is only one way to contact the support team. 

    When the client asked from support team about an update rating they just sent a warning of TOS. I read Fiverr's terms and conditions and I know it's against Fiverr's policy to ask for a good rating and change for rating but in my case client wants to know how I can update it. I just informed the process of how you update it. I also told him rating is really important to me and very helpful if you could update it. 



    I'm still afraid about asking and sharing this information on how Fiverr react to this review.

  6. It will help you a lot to get more orders. 
    Fiverr promotes your gig and charges for it as per click. You can set your daily spending budget and cpc (cost per click) as well.  
    Gig-promoting results depend on the title, tag, and price factor plays an important role in conversion.

  7. There is a difference due to the time zone. That's it's late but you will get within 24 hours. You can check the Fiverr country time zone that clearly identifies how much time difference.

  8. This is the same problem with my account. I'm also a level 2 buyer and all requirements are completed for top level. 
    I faced similar problems 2, 3 times even Last month I received all 5-star ratings and good feedback.  
    Fiver did have any solid answer or solution.   Gig appears only 2 times in searching results 7 and 15 days.

  9. In my point of view, there is no issue using the same internet connection. 
    You have a separate device and friends have separate devices. Both have different Mac addresses. 

    Never use one device for two accounts this is the main thing you need to care about it.

  10. It's not a matter only of Fiverr fees. The main issue is the currency difference you need to clear during the deal which country currency are they going to ask Canadian dollar and the US dollar both have different values there are many other currencies that have the same name but different values so you should need to clear the dollar with currently. 

    Fees are always mentioned clearly during client payment for accepting the offer.
