Fiverr did not make a statement about the reason, the order was automatically canceled because the buyer's account was closed, I experienced the same situation again today and wrote to the support team again, they said that I delivered the order incorrectly, it is not related to the issue, I don't know why they said this, I guess Fiverr sometimes finds the seller and sometimes the buyer right. We are at the discretion of the team
  2. I explained the issue to Fiverr in detail, the person disappeared without any reason, Fiverr refunded the fee to me and the problem was resolved.. notes: Explain the issue clearly and in detail with the picture you received.
  3. The same situation happened to me and I delivered the products properly. I suffered a loss both in terms of my time and the products I delivered. And I did not get a single word of response from Fiverr, the reason is not clear, there is no answer about what happened.
