Hi Nubaira,
There are several factors that may lead to clicks but an abnormally low conversion rate. One of those factors is 'competitiveness in your niche.' Check out how your competitors are doing and you will understand whether your niche has business or clients just get interested with gigs but barely purchase any. Two, 'your ratings,' these clicks you're seeing could be from potential buyers who were gauging around to see whom they should work with, then sadly eliminated you from their list due to few reviews or not so great reviews. Number three factor is your response time. As a buyer, I'd rather start a conversation with a seller who replies within a couple minutes than one who has a one day response time. Fourth, check whether your gig description is 'very' clear, engaging, and enticing. Optimize it to the maximum to stand out, include discounted prices, and work towards having a clearly great visual representation (gig images). Those four areas always have an impact when converting gig visits (clicks) in to sales (conversion rates).
