I sent CNIC Front Back Copy and some Selfies. But fiverr not replying me.

I am a New Seller on Fiverr and update 7 Gigs on my account. I got some orders and I have completed 8 orders with 5 Star rating. I respect and follow up all Terms and conditions of FIVERR. Suddently got notification about verify my account with National Identity CARD and Selfie. I have done many times and fiverr rejected my verification THAT IS THIS I took a picture of my IDENTITY CARD and Selfie Clearly but Fiverr rejected it for the above resion and i got my account restricted and suspended. I sent an appeal to customer support and attached my Identity card and selfie with it. but its showing Status "SOLVED" without any response and activity from customer support. I am very worried about it. Please help me out what i have to do ??
