Can the buyer cancel the order after it has been successfully completed and give a 5-star review later

My gig appears on the first page, typically in the 3rd or 4th row, and I'm receiving a good number of impressions with 20 to 40 daily clicks. However, I'm facing a challenge in converting these clicks into actual orders. Can anyone provide some assistance or advice on this matter? Thank you.
