Hi, Recently I have completed all the requirements to unlock the promote gig option. But I can not see the option. Does anybody have any idea about it? Please seniors tell me.

hi, I have 2 very straight questions: 1) My account is not getting any impressions and once my gig was on 1st page. This all starts back when a buyer gave me a 1-star review and it's been a year but still, my account is nearly dead 😞 . Please tell me what to do. 2) The overall rating of the gig which has a 1-star review, is not getting up from 4.6. As I need it to be 4.7 to promote it. What should I do? Please anyone tell me? I am a level 1 seller by the way. Thanks!
