hi there, i got banned some months ago. i completed 90 days of restrictions and I got an email to withdraw my remaining funds. but that link is not working and no one is helping me from the help centre they keep saying that I violated terms and conditions so I will have to wait 90 days but I already got the link email from Fiverr.
