I still wouldn't use tips in that manner. Just let the tip be what it is - an extra bonus for doing a great job.
Tips don't allow you to have order requirements or protection, so even for repeat buyers, just use the custom offers. Repeat buyers should be more than happy to place another order to cover the extra work, and all of the requirements will also be attached to the offer.
Sounds Good. Thank you for the clarification.

⬆️ This is the best way to handle it.
LIke @shopifort, I don't recommend this option. There's no guarantee that a buyer will tip. A new, custom offer ensures you will be compensated for your work.
I am agreed on that. The tip is not that reliable and I am not sure if is violates TOS or not. Like if its not a violation then we can use it for those clients who regularly hire you.

You can send them a custom offer to start a new order. Otherwise, They can add Tip, but it would be better if you discuss sending them a custom offer.
They can still add their feedback and Tip within 10 days of completion even if it is auto completed.

it means they were invited by Fiverr.
Thanks again. In the above Image it is clearly mentioned that only PRO, TRS, Rising Talent or Fiverr Business Sellers would be invited to showcase their portfolio.
But I was in discussion with someone in a different Category, She was not in any of these but still shoe got that option.
May be after a certain number of Orders or Amount Earned?- 5

Hi,
I can see that other Level 2 sellers in the same Category have the option to add a portfolio to their profile but I do not have that option Yet.- 10

Would you prefer we give applause?
I understand, and pointing out these things will help everyone learn from their mistakes.
However, My concern was that if Senior people like you could find time to point out their mistakes, it would also help me if you could point out my mistakes so that I can understand what I am missing or doing wrong.

Thank you all for your valuable suggestions. But some seniors keep on pointing others mistakes instead os sticking to original post.

You don’t necessarily need to change anything. A lot of freelancers have suffered reduced demand in recent months due to the economic climate.
Review your competition, check your pricing is competitive, make sure your gigs look good and even perhaps launch a new gig. Obviously check your analytics, if orders have dropped perhaps you had a bad private review.
Finally as mentioned becoming TRS isn’t automatic, TRS sellers are hand picked by Fiverr. This info is available in the help centre, and so are lots of other great tips so if you haven’t read it thoroughly I think it’s definitely worth doing.
Thank you. I will consider all these and will check if my prices are Competitive.

If they haven't promoted you yet, you're not a top rated seller. Most level 2 sellers never get promoted.
@shopifort, now that you're a level 2 seller, you're competing against other level 2 sellers. You need to be better than most of them if you want to get orders.
@catwriter Thank you. I need to put more effort into improving my gigs and profile?

I used to get hired like crazy when I was at level one and beginning of level two, now I am top rated (well, the last evaluation was Yesterday, they haven't promoted me yet, even though I meet every requirement 😄). Anyhow, I get zero works, I mean I am top rated and have lot of reviews still get zero works, the niche is not dead at all, it's just Fiverr man, you can't depend on Fiverr, only advice I can give you is treat Fiverr only as a hobby or side hustle, once again you cannot depend on Fiverr. I made the mistake of making the Fiverr my main income and now I am literally making zero money.
You are Right. We were getting orders when at Level 1, but Suddenly things changed. It becomes difficult to get orders. On the other hand, Soe people have 50 orders in a queue.
Now it's a big question how we should proceed when its our full time source of earning. There is no way you can get it if they do not want to give you orders.- 6

Can you please look into my Fiverr profile and give your suggestion how can I improve to get orders?

It's been two months, and I have not seen any progress in my orders. I am not sure what went wrong. If anyone can help with their suggestions, please?

Cancellation vs Negative feedback?
in Starter Questions
Posted
Thanks, Thats a new for me.
It is obvious that providing the best service is the best solution.
but in my Last orders I had 2 bad experiences.
1- Buyer placed order and I delivered him more than what he ordered. In his 2nd order, I missed some points however I was still working and time was left but he started abusing where I decided not to continue. Though he wanted me to finish but I had to cancel it.
2- other case was where I was asked to do some task but client keep on asking Revisions. I had to work almost 5 times more than what was the original scope.
After that It been 3 months and not a single new client or message.
