  1. I believe that you have taken a misguided approach from the start. If it is still possible, you should consider canceling the order through Fiverr and assume full responsibility for the consequences. Let this be a valuable learning experience, and in the future, take your time when taking orders. While it may be tempting, it is crucial to objectively assess whether you can deliver what the client desires or not.

  2. There are a lot of questions of the same kind on this forum. I would recommend you to browse through the topics that have been previously created, and you will be able to find a ton of information.

It is a good idea to make a purchase on Fiverr to become familiar with the buyer side of the platform.

I have placed orders and I am familiar with how the platform works from a buyer's perspective. What I was saying is that the seller can create a customized offer, which is valid until the client pays or until it is withdrawn by the seller. The question raised in this topic is how an invoice could be created for the client to pay later. In the language of the platform, creating a customized offer can be considered as an invoice, where the client can place the order at a later time.

The situation is that client wants 14-15 days time for making payment. If I send an offer they have to pay now.

He doesn't have to pay right now, as far as I know, a customized offer is valid as long as the client pays for it or until you withdraw it. However, in your case, you will not have a guarantee that the client will fulfill their obligations until the order is paid for. What you can do is offer your services on trust. You will be fully assured only if the client pays for the order. Just as the client doesn't have money now, they might not have it even after 15 days 🙂

  5. You can create a customized offer and allow the client to pay when they are ready to do so. However, this doesn't guarantee that the client will actually make the payment, and if you offer your services before they pay, you risk the client not fulfilling their obligations and not placing the order. In general, I would recommend offering your services after the client places the order.

To delete an example of previous work from your gig gallery on Fiverr, you can follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your Fiverr account and go to your dashboard.
    2. Click on the gig you want to edit.
    3. Scroll down to the gig gallery section and hover over the image you want to delete.
    4. Click on the trash can icon that appears on the image.
    5. Confirm that you want to delete the image.

It's important to note that once you delete an image, you won't be able to get it back. So make sure you're certain before you delete it. Also, keep in mind that Fiverr allows up to three gig gallery images, so make sure to keep your best examples of work to showcase your skills and attract potential buyers.

I don't think he wants to delete one of the three images from the gallery. Most likely, it is a work sample done for a client, which is automatically attached to the gig's gallery.

How can I currently contact the buyer with a request?

If we are discussing the request you received in your inbox, then click on "Create an Offer" and generate a customized offer. It is up to the client to decide whether to accept it or not. If the client has created a Brief, the procedure remains the same: create an offer. However, in this case, you might not be the only one submitting an offer, so the chances of the client accepting your offer are lower.

If you have been notified about the brief but cannot locate it, click on the bell icon in the top-right corner of the page, next to your profile picture. There, you can find the necessary notification.

  8. The percentage remains the same, but that is not the primary factor that should bother you. Whether the client receives the order with a 12-minute delay or 15 days, there is a difference, and customer satisfaction is significantly different in the two cases. I believe that should be your primary concern.

I recommend setting accurate delivery times and delivering orders on time.

    It’s not available anymore.

“Buyer request” has been replaced with a new feature called “Briefs”

Since when is it no longer available? I received such a request a week ago.

  10. I would not advise opening the links received from clients. It would be preferable to politely request the client to attach the files directly in the messaging system on the platform. Fiverr automatically scans files for viruses, ensuring transparency and fairness, giving you peace of mind.

  11. If you have received two warnings for the same issue this month, it is likely that there is a problem with your gig. I suggest reviewing Fiverr's rules once again to identify the specific issue. Once you have done so, you can reach out to support, explain the situation, and seek further assistance.
