The Fiverr Terms of service is pretty large. Is there a certain place you suggest we read? I am trying to by a service we have agreed upon a price but she wants to do the work and then have me pay for the work. This seems like it would be more in my favor but I am hesitant to move forward and a little wary.

I have the other issue. A seller wants to do the work for me and then they want me to pay them for the work. Should I be worried about this? It seems like an odd request.
