I don't think there's any issue with that, but  the moment, you start using a paypal account used by a fiverr user before, this can get your account restricted

I support what Venonusa said, you can't just cancel the order but rather let fiverr Customer support handle that for you by removing the orders. I think with that it won't affect your account.

Maybe you're searching for your gig using the wrong keyword or search tag. If fiverr says your gig is really active, then it is.

My question is, is promoting on social media really works? What i think you should do is to edit the gig and try to edit the title. I have issues with one of my gig too like that, for like 5 days of creating, no impression or clicks but after series of changing of the title... it has a lot of impression and clicks on it now.
