I am a New seller and I came to know that the Fiverr feature of Buyer Request has been changed and new sellers would not be able to see and send requests to buyers. Now, what is the alternative to find/get your orders, particularly for new sellers? Suggestions & Tips will be highly appreciated.

I am new to fiverr and recently created my Gig in the category of video editor. I received a message from a buyer, offering me to hire for a video editing project. But the buyer asked me to email on his/her personal email ID for further communication. Should I consider it a scam and report it? Please guide me on this and update me on any other scam like this.
