I tried removing the packages altogether but still received the same notification. Idk what to do customer support isn't helpful at all.

As the title suggests, I keep receiving this notification on my gigs especially on my main gig . Also, recently my gigs have disappeared from search results so there might be something related to it. when I click on it I get the tip to update the pricing factors and I have tried changing it to lowest rates but still keep receiving the same notification. Anybody know anything that I should do? any help would be appreciated.

I am a level 2 Seller and I used the promote gig feature 3 months ago and cannot use it anymore and, because of it, my gigs started being on the last page and now I don't see them anywhere, not even on the last page. I am not sure what to do next. Any help would be appreciated.
