  1. Yes, I make my customers happy, they stay happy, they tip you, and write a good review, and then the new system "the best development of Fiverr, with children's smiley faces goes into operation".

You ask them what was wrong and how I can improve my service and they say everything is fine and I just clicked something. And "awesome system" gives you a month to improve your service when you don't know what to improve, and your system just confuses buyers !!!!

Thank you you are the BEST !!!

  2. How can you evaluate sellers based on subjective opinion ? We're mostly providing creative services, and everyone has different tastes.

And especially funny is the value for money indicator. There are always buyers to whom everything will be expensive, even for 5$, and they will be sure that with their source materials you have to make them a song like Rihanna, or animation like Marvel. But if you tell them that your material is bad, they will lower your rating for poor communication. But even if they order for the proposed amount, they will be satisfied with the result, but it is just for them it is expensive, and the results of those who have a lower price do not suit them. I think it's just human factors, and this question confuses them.

And yes communication evaluation is again subjective, someone likes to talk and ask a lot of questions, and you will answer all the questions with 2-3 sentences, and for them you may not seem communicative because you have written few messages.

Canceling an order. Why should I suffer because the buyer is just "blind" and made an order by mistake, without providing the necessary requirements, and then just does not respond. Or made an order without reading the terms and conditions of the gig. Not contacting me before the order and not clarifying if I can do what he wants, because we are mostly creative freelancers and our abilities are not limitless. It just seems like we're here selling iPhones that we have in stock and we just need to get them to the customer from our warehouse, not creative services.

With these innovations you are not making the freelancer's work easier, you are making it harder. We should focus on work and quality! But you make us concentrate on the rating, on instant replies to messages, on stressing about canceling an order, on the subjective satisfaction of the customer.

Success is in simplicity! Don't make it complicated.

  3. Unfortunately, the seller on the Fiverr in any situation remains in an unfavorable position, the motto is "the customer is always right" even though he is a scammer. You either waste your time and earn $ 0. Or you earn and get a bad review, and you are turned off for 60 days from the search.

I had a situation where I did not have problematic buyers (as I thought), and bad public reviews, but I was still turned off for 60 days from the search, most likely due to a bad private review. And all this time I worked with regular buyers, because new ones simply could not find me, although I used to have new buyers every day. Now everything has been restored and new buyers have returned again.

So if you don't have a lot of regular buyers, think carefully about whether you can wait 60 days without orders, and earn now, or return this money and earn several times more with other buyers. Because the Fiverr system is not on our side. For Google and Amazon, a rate of 4 - 4.5 is good, but not here.

  4. I had the same situation. Everything was perfect, my gigs are on the first pages of the search, and new buyers every day. But at one moment, impressions decreased by 3 times, and new buyers stopped writing.

If you have the same - "congratulations" your profile is "banned", or rather, you received a bad private review, even if you have all public reviews of 5 stars. There is nothing to be done about this, it remains just to work with regular buyers and wait 60 days for this block to end.

Also the ban indicator, this is the disappearance of the subscription function, it is not in the gigs settings, and cannot be offered to the buyer in the message. Once 60 days have passed, this feature is back

This was my experience and others may have a different experience

I was disappointed story as follows

I've been working and have no problem with my Gigs. Suddenly, I see that my Gigs has disappeared, and when I called the support team to help me, they did not help me with anything, knowing that all buyers were happy, and they all left me with a 5-star rating, and only this time my Gig is  disappeared in marketplace .
Who ever had such a problem?

    a.jpg

    b.jpg

I have almost two months when all the gigs were on the last pages in the search. And it happened on the same day on all the gigs, and it looks like a fiverr blocked me. During this time I got 3-5 new clients, although before I had 1-2 new requests every day ! And the impressions were stable in the range of 200-400 impressions depending on the gig. Now they have fallen by 2-3 times, one day 150, another day 70, or 50 then 8...

I also have about 500 good reviews and all my clients were satisfied. But maybe someone is a hypocrite, left a public review of 5, and a private one is bad .. I don’t know .. But then why all gigs suffer from this, and not a certain one. Or is it some kind of technical problem with fiverr..

I have 900+ Good feedback on my account, issue is my account was performing fine and suddenly my gigs disappeared from search. the gig status shows as active but i am unable to find gigs on even a last page. I am not saying that i am not getting orders, i do have returning buyers, but gig should be visible in search.

Somewhere they are, you just missed it. My gig, where I earned about $20,000, has been on page 12 in keyword search for the second month now.
And only 3 new clients wrote during this time. Previously, new clients wrote every day and made orders

Now I only receive orders from returning buyers

    Same problem.

I contacted Fiverr support team and they said

    "

    Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out about your Gig,

Gigs on Fiverr shift their position daily and we cannot guarantee search positions and impressions.

Gigs may also be removed from our Search feature due to poor performance.

You can continue working with your existing buyers.

We are here if you have additional questions.

    Best regards,
    The Fiverr Support Team

This is their standard response. They won't say anything else.

But the second month my impressions are at the bottom.
There were 0 new clients for the whole month. In the last 2 weeks, maybe 3 clients have written. Previously, new clients wrote every day

Fiverr dropped my gig ranking over the past six months. Despite having a 5-star rating, being a level 2 seller ( 63 reviews), and having no TOS violation, my gig is optimized. And they also removed the buyer request, and I didn't get a single brief till now. Then how can I survive on Fiverr if they don't give me any chance? Service: writing and translation.

I often see Pakistani sellers in the rankings. How can they rank every time? I hope Fiverr takes the necessary steps to give me my position back. Thank you.

I top rated seller with almost 500 reviews, and my most successful gig has been on the last page for a month already, it always had an average number of impressions of 300-400, now only 70-150 and I did not receive a single message from new buyers, although throughout the year I had new requests almost every day.
I don't know what it is, I got good public reviews, but maybe someone left a bad private review, or Fiverr search system has changed. It remains only to wait

my gig impression drops suddenly since last weeks, same issue for all gig ,image.thumb.png.454d9ced35eb4cb442e65d3e45b438a6.png

I have the same thing on all gigs ... And it happened at about the same time in the period from February 9 to 11. I also saw another seller who had the same thing.

Either we received a bad private review at the same time, or something is really wrong with Fiverr. Because my gig for a year had stable impressions in the range from 300 - 400, now 70 - 140.

Tips to improve the description and SEO, do not work here, because the gig has already been successful for a long time

I mean have you updated Fiverr before remove gig ?

I didn't change anything. This is what worries me... that the problem is in the Fiverr system, or private feedback.

At the moment, my gig is still on the last page in the search, with low impressions. Previously, there were about 400 impressions, now only 100. I tried to search in another browser, from another device, also search in incognito mode, the result is the same

that's the problem... we can't know this and we can't even correct it... but 99% could be that the problem

Is it possible that 1-2 negative private reviews can ruin the statistics so much, it will soon be a month since my gigs are at the bottom, but I'm sure there were good ones from my regular clients.
Hope I just need to wait 😞

  12. Same thing happened to me. On February 9, statistics at all gigs fell down. It can be explained when this happens with one gig, but when it happens at all my popular gigs, it starts to look like a block or some kind of technical failure.

At the moment, only one gig has returned to its previous impressions. And the most popular gig that brought me over $20,000 is on the last pages of the keyword search, and before that was on the first pages.

I haven't changed the description and the name of the gigs for a long time. I have been working hard here for almost 2 years, I have not received bad public ratings and I am a top rated seller. Since February 9, no new requests have been received. Now I receive orders only from regular clients.

I don’t understand why the Fiverr hides gig, if it brings good income to them and me   🤷‍♀️ 🤷‍♀️

This is a very god point. I also suggest that you start doing your own marketing for your gigs, counting only on the search engine results is a bad idea as it fluctuates based on variables that you cannot control. This is why I highly suggest having a blog and posting consistently on there about your gig services with material that will help others in your field as well as possible buyers, this will serve not only to promote your services but to establish you as an expert in your field. People will always purchase from those that know the most, you have to go out of your way to be the best and show that you are the best. The blog idea can also be translated to Social media apps like twitter, facebook and Instagram as well as youtube and tiktok. Never count on the search engine to bring all of your traffic, you gotta put in some of the work to get your gigs noticed.

it's a good suggestion. But why then do we need the Fiverr ? Pay money for promotion in social networks, bring clients here and give 20% commission ?

Then it is better to communicate with clients on facebook or instagram and receive payments directly

    I noticed the following:

1 month ago: only 3 reviews (5 stars)

Fiverr puts sellers with good sales and good performance in the search results. You are disappearing in the search results due to your weak sales. Improve your sales and keep a good performance, and then you will get visibility in the search results.

Maybe. But I had good sales, more than 30 orders per month, top rated seller, but after February 9, the statistics fell sharply at all popular gig. At the moment, out of 6 gigs, only one has returned to its previous impressions. And the most popular one, which brought in most of the income, still remains at the bottom on the last page of the search.

So their search system is a funny thing. 😁

  15. Same problem and I think this happened after February 9-10 like me and another seller here. The gig in the search from 1-2 pages, moved to 12 page and further. And the statistics of all concerts decreased by 2-3 times, and nothing has changed for a week. Despite the fact that I have almost 500 reviews and I'm a Top Rated seller.
I asked this question in tech support, but got a standard answer.... - "Your gigs are active and there are no problems and Fiverr does not guarantee impressions, clicks, or views for your Gig. "

  16. Ths same thing, dropped from 300 impressions to 100. And a similar situation at all gigs. And the gig in the search from 1-2 pages, moved to 12 page and further.
And the statistics broke in the same period as yours on February 9-10. Despite the fact that I am a Top Rated seller, and there are more than 200 reviews at the gig.
