It just seems like we're here selling iPhones that we have in stock and we just need to get them to the customer from our warehouse, not creative services. But you make us concentrate on the rating, on instant replies to messages, on stressing about canceling an order, on the subjective satisfaction of the customer. Success is in simplicity! Don't make it complicated.
