  1. Try to create something unique, and if you are really good at what you do, you will get orders

Don't forget to turn on the briefs option in your gigs page to receive buyers requests for jobs and once you receive one send your best offer for the buyer

I've only signed NDAs for my beta reading gigs because authors are sharing their unpublished work with me.

If you are creating the work for the buyers (i.e., designs and videos), normally Fiverr's Intellectual Property and Copyrights allows all creative work to be owned by the buyer once the order is delivered (they bought it, so you don't have any right to share that work with others). This is true unless you are selling a pre-made design or downloadable and you clearly state that the same file is being sold to others.

    Thanks vickieito, this was helpful

  3. My advice to you is to take your time, think clearly of what you wish to get from this gig image and description

Then make a draft outside Fiverr and once settled just add it to your gig

It will save you all the trouble from getting disappeared in Fiverr's search page

  4. Be Sure that your gigs are well written and follows Fiverr TOS

Also in your gigs page, turn on Briefs

And once you get a notification about any brief, apply to the one that suits you the best

You can also take Fiverr courses to help you develop your abilities more
