    I have faced the same problem and I needed to wait for about one month to have my gigs back on search and rank on search results. what I did was nothing just waiting and delivering the rest of the orders. the problem was somebody left negative private feedback for my service and he is new to Fiverr so that effected dramatically my account and all my gigs where vanished from the search results page.

    Yes, there are fake buyers and you have to check their profiles normally they are new members and haven't made any orders before.

    check your gig status if it's active and also download the Fiverr mobile app and check your availability ( the green circle) if you are set to offine.

    I have offered different services other than the gig description with no issue. just write down your custom offer requirements and what the buyer will expect from you.

    As you can see from the attached screenshot of my gig performance, my impressions dropped dramatically from the beginning of this month and didn't recover since then.

    You are right but we went out of office all of a sudden without triggering this option and we couldn't go back live again...

    The out-of-office status is a bug I believe Fiverr team are working on it and will fix this issue as so many sellers are facing this issue including me and I think there is nothing to do from your end until your gig comes back to live status as I have tried many ways but nothing has changed.

    I think there is an algorithm update and the product page UI has changed. I have lost my ranking and my gig vanishes from search results and I don't know why.

    Well, I'm facing the same issue and I'm trying to optimize all my gigs as @uk1000 recommended. I was getting lots of messages and orders a month ago but my gig was finished from the search results and now I'm trying g to get back on track.
