  1. My profile now states the following:

"Dylan S is part of the Fiverr Pro catalog and has been hand-picked by a dedicated Fiverr Pro team for their skills and expertise."

This really sounds like the Top rated sellers as it ignores the whole application process, maybe Pro is really becoming like Top Rated  and the pro team just picks people out who look promising and have have a lot of experience?

I’m currently building an application for fiverr pro. Do you all think I’m wasting my time if it’s imminently changing?

Is it still necessary to create an intro video of yourself?

@uk1000 Yes- that came up with 2 results for of the same seller - it’s likely because the sellers standard package is above $100 but the basic is $70 and it may only take your standard price to be over $100 for the gig to qualify?

it may also be that some have accidentally slipped through the vetting due the standard price being over $100

Fiverr might fix that and change that to $100 minimum for basic package starting price.

But- as my seller plus manager tells me.. all shall be revealed eventually 🫣

After applying for pro and converting my gigs, my prices were still below 100 USD, I didn't even notice but got a mail later, maybe this is the same case.

I was a director at a Fortune 500 company and I've made $1.4 million here on the platform. Maybe you should rethink your perspective.

I only have 8 reviews but was the master colorist of Avatar and worked with James Cameron, Maybe you should rethink your perspective.

  5. "The short of it is that we are doubling down on Fiverr Pro" It's funny that people are getting accepted to the program without vetting while the mail stated that they are doubling down, I'm now pretty interested in the update.

I was asked last year (February 24, 2022) by Fiverr to apply for PRO. But I needed to follow the procedures (application form, the video, examples, …..).

Same for me, had to shoot a video of myself, carefully list my top project and explain everything and after being accepted, the call of course. Would be a pity if Fiverr stopped the 1% get vetted program and instead randomly choose profiles that look good. Would barely be any difference between TRS and PRO...

In fact, it will be the first thing I pitch next week. Pros with less than 5,000 reviews should have reduced effectiveness when paired against TRS and Pros with more than 5,000.

I don't understand, I only have around 8 reviews (I am new) but still managed to make around 1000 dollar per order. So according to you, the review farms with thousands of reviews who sell absolutely nothing for 5 dollar should be placed higher than those focusing on quality and customer satisfaction?

This happened to me today and a few other sellers I know of also. I’m thrilled to now be PRO but definitely curious what this all means

Do you have projects in your portfolio or big companies in the clients tab?
