i don't what you mean about paid advertisements but i just want to say , you don't need any paid ad for your gig . Fiverr wants you to share your gigs on other social media like i said that's why they give big share button on your gig

If you use your account and at the same time your brother in one wifi, Fiverr will recognize you are using multiple accounts in one IP, and against fiver TOS, It's a high chance you will get a penalty or Fiverr might ban your account or your brother
so, my opinion to you is that use two different wifi

Did you get a penalty? Fiverr does this when something goes against their guideline. My advice to you, forget about this gig and create a new gig similar to this gig. This is the best you can do right now.

I don't think it's a good idea , fiverr might track your account's and ban your account. if you ban or got penalty you can't rank your gig.
