    Do you mean academic or institutional qualification or anything? If you mean academic qualification, I agree with you, yes there no need academic qualification as compulsory on Fiverr but we should have minimum educational qualification otherwise we can not navigate on Fiverr because you know Fiverr is an international marketplace where versatile people there are.

    I would amend your final sentence to this: "As long as you are providing a service that someone is willing to pay for AND that does not break Fiverr TOS and user policies, you can list it on Fiverr."

    I agree with your words but I also think that skill test is not that important in Fiverr

    The answer is no, you don't need qualifications for Fiverr. Fiverr is a platform that allows people to offer their services for $5. These services can be anything from writing articles to creating videos. As long as you are providing a service that someone is willing to pay for, you can list it on Fiverr.
