I suspect the reason you're not getting any orders is because no one believes you and you're most likely using a translate app to do the work?

As a freelancer you charge whatever you think your time is worth. Some clients might not want to place an order with you if your price is too low though

Check and know if your gig still appears on search pages, I think the gig got deranked though

What do you mean by deadline given? Evaluation is done on the 15th day of each month and if you're qualified to enter the next level you will be promoted
