I recently noticed something concerning my earnings. On all orders with a total of $15, Fiverr is taking a service fee of 56%, rather than the 20% advertised (paying me $8.4 instead of the expected $12). This is my most popular package, so the deviation from the standard rate of service fees is concerning.
For all other orders (with different amounts), Fiverr is fairly charging the 20% service fee. This discrepancy for the $15 package specifically is concerning. I don't know why it is happening particularly for this package. Is there a way to rectify this issue?
I hope that the Fiverr community can help me resolve this issue so I can continue to earn fair wages and provide excellent service on Fiverr.
