Thank you All Here is an update on this client after so many messages responded me that he is busy in conference and will talk to me today and today after waiting 4 days, he cancelled the order saying that he got his answers and dont need services any more. After i accept his cancellation, my ranking went down In this whole scenerio, client was ignorant , did not share information with me to work, disappear and then cancelled the order before sharing any information and allow me work. I complained to fiverr but this one order has destroyed my whole 6 months effort and i made no mistake in this. I wish fiverr remove this impact from my profile.
  2. Hello fiverr colleagues, Today, i have received an order and client did not share login information of software and scope is also not clear. which is needed to complete the task. He filled the complete form but still did not provider mentioned information. Now my delivery clock has started and this task will require me to spend at least 2 days. He is also not responding to my messages. If i will cancel the order then my ranking will drop and i have worked so hard to get the ranking. I have generated a ticket as well and waiting for a response from fiverr. Is there anything which i can do to handle the situation 😞 please suggest Appreciate all the help
