Hey guys, this feed has come up in a google search.
I'm a pro seller with a flawless track record and have just had a buyer write a glowing public review and leave a 3 star rating. This makes no sense and came out of nowhere. The job was super quick, they told me the client was thrilled, said this publicly, then trashed me.
As we all know, less than perfect reviews murder your metrics.
I've had a Fiverr rep tell me that 'honest reviews keep our marketplace great' to which I've reponded: nonsensical reviews harpoon my business' but they're telling me nothing can be done.
I've read variously here that buyers have the power to request their reviews be adjusted or removed.
Can someone confirm this?
