  1. Okay, just ask him to kindly mark the order as complete if you're satisfied with it or ask him that If you come across any mistakes, please let me know. However, approach him in a way that doesn't make him feel attacked, as this could potentially lead to a negative rating. Try discussing any issues with him and see if he can address the mistakes. If he doesn't cooperate, consider waiting for a day or two; he might resolve it and mark the order as complete. If you believe the situation is not improving, it's advisable to reach out to Fiverr's customer support service. I hope this helps. Thank you 🙌
  2. I don't understand what you mean by 'normal conversation.' Did you tell him that the work has been delivered, and is he discussing the order in that conversation, or is it something unrelated? Please clarify so we can provide you with advice. Without knowing the situation, it's difficult to understand what's going on.
  3. It is common for buyers to request multiple revisions. But can you please clarify how many times he has asked you for revisions, and is there really a problem, or is he misusing it? I have received revisions from the same buyer 4-5 times myself. It's also common for buyers not to respond quickly; they are not always available immediately, and they may take their time. This happens to me as well, so don't worry. Just try to understand what's wrong with his revision requests. Also, remember that if he doesn't respond within 7 days, your order will automatically be marked as complete without a rating.
  4. You are not understanding what I am saying. Okay, listen. I am not over-offering; I am offering what I can deliver. If you see my reviews, you'll understand. You're thinking as if I'm offering big but not delivering. I deliver what I write, and I provide unlimited revisions because I offer that for every package. This factor doesn't play any role in not getting orders or impressions. There are many sellers who offer unlimited revisions. Another thing is that I charge what is written. I don't charge that low price. Now, please try to understand and see what I said. I mentioned that a woman came to me and said she wanted that thing to be done. You must know that each price will give a specific type of result; you won't get a $100 result for $10. Now, she came and forced me to do it for $12. I told her I can't do that, but then after few minutes of conversation with her maybe because of hurry or low in orders I said, "Okay, I can do it, but for that type of effect." We agreed that I would add only these effects, so I sent her a custom offer. Then, things changed. She was testing me, and she got my video for free. Who knows if she even used that $12 video I made, which was worth at least $20. I told her I would provide revisions, but she just didn't want to work. Now, you can literally catch her from this sentence: I said, "Okay, tell me anything that is wrong with it," as you know we agreed on that. She said, "I can't tell you what's wrong; there's just too much wrong." I said, "Please, at least try to tell me one thing," but she didn't. She messaged me, "Please cancel and give me a refund." So now you know what that story was, and what I deliver is amazing. You are seeing me as an overconfident person, but I do deliver what I offer. Things you've noticed in my gig, I don't think affect this situation that much. Now, you are right that it takes 3-6 months to shake off all the negative impacts. But as I mentioned in my first draft above, I was removed from the search. Now, after 6 months, I'm back in the search results. So, I'm here to ask a few things to understand how I can improve the ranking of my gig. It's showing in the search results, but it's on the 9-14th page. I've tried various SEO techniques, but it just won't move, even from the 12th page to the 9th. So, my question is, how can I improve the ranking of my gig, considering that my SEO is all in good shape? I'm inquiring about impressions to improve my ranking, not complaining that I'm getting impressions but no orders, etc.
  5. I'll remove the 24/7 claim, even though I'm online for more than half the day. As for the premium package, I understand the "underpromise and overdeliver" approach, in conversation with clients/chats, not in the gig description because clients often need some assurance to place an order. I also offer unlimited revisions because it helps clients feel comfortable, but I'm willing to change it based on your advice since you might have more experience. However, these changes are important when I am getting more impressions and clicks but no orders because right now, my main problem is not having enough impressions. About that order you mentioned, it was a small $12 order, and the client was testing me. I did my best, but in the end, she asked me to cancel, and I ended up with nothing but a drop in my gig's ranking. But the question remains, How can I get more impressions and improve my ranking in search results? The improvements you mentioned seem to make things better for clients when they view the gig, but it might not directly help me get more people to see it. Still, I'll make the changes you suggested. Thanks a lot.
  6. My main concern is that I haven't received any orders in nearly six months. Despite trying various strategies and improving my gig, my ranking has dropped, and I'm stuck on pages 9-13. I've optimized everything, including my prices, gig appearance, and even upgraded to Seller Plus, but it's not working. I've also used promoted gigs, but it's not generating impressions. If you have a moment, I'd appreciate it if you could take a look at my gig or profile and share any advice. I've tried everything I can think of, and I'm feeling frustrated not seeing results.
  7. Hello fellow Fiverr forum members, I need your advice and help with a problem I've been facing on Fiverr. I've tried almost everything to improve my gig's visibility and ranking, but it just doesn't seem to work. Let me share my story with you. When I first started on Fiverr, I faced many challenges. It took me a year to gain recognition, get a few orders, and become a Level 1 seller. A few months ago, I had an encounter with a customer that turned things for the worse. A customer ordered my gig and asked for additional work at a price lower than my most affordable package. I went the extra mile, delivering high-quality work that was worth more than what she paid for. However, she wasn't happy with the result and requested a refund, despite the quality of the work. It's as if she wanted top-notch work but at a price well below my lowest package. I made the edits she requested, but she still wasn't satisfied and insisted on a refund. I tried to talk to her and understand her concerns, offering revisions to make things right, but she only wanted her money back. It seemed like she was just testing the waters and had no interest in making things better. Unfortunately, she canceled the order. As a result, my gig's ranking dropped significantly. I reached out to Fiverr support, but they weren't very helpful. It took six long months for my gig to even appear in search results again, and it was nowhere near the first page. Now, my gig is back, but I'm struggling to rank it higher. Despite my best efforts, it's stuck on pages 9-13. I've noticed new competitors who joined Fiverr just a month or two ago with seemingly weaker SEO getting orders and ranking on the first page. I'm feeling stuck and frustrated. I've tried reaching out to my previous customers, but they haven't returned. I've optimized my gig's SEO, and I believe my gig offers real value. Yet, I can't seem to catch a break. Please, if you have any advice or suggestions on how I can improve my gig's ranking and get back on track, I would greatly appreciate it. I've tried everything I can think of, and your insights could be a game-changer for me. Thank you for taking the time to read my story, and I'm looking forward to your input.
  8. Thank you so much for your answer. I think that is only the explanation to this. Thank you again I was really confused. Have a nice day!
  9. I had a client who ordered a video editing gig from me. She was cooperative, and her responses were prompt. After completing the order, when I tried to message her in the inbox, I saw a message saying, 'User can no longer be contacted. This will not affect your response rate.' I researched and found that the client might have blocked me or been banned by Fiverr. I checked by typing the Fiverr link and /username and was directed to the homepage. I even tried using incognito mode and VPN, still I couldn't access her profile. Later, I noticed that she was active online, and her rating had increased from 1 to 2, which confused me. If she was banned, she shouldn't have been able to be online or receive a rating. If she blocked me, I should be able to search for her profile. (Also I got 5 star rating so I don't know if why she blocked me) (Please anyone who knows about this type of situation let me know and also is this will affect my gig or not?) I hope you understand what I meant. Thank you. In the picture you can see I last contacted her 28 jan and after that I wasn't able to message and she is still being online. (I hid the text for privacy)
