"Last seen" means my buyer is not logged in to fiverr?

Hello! I have this doubt because I have at least 4 buyers, their last seen indicates that they were active 3-4 days ago and I have not received an answer but when I go to their profile they appear active, I just checked all my buyers and they all say "online" too. What does this mean?- 1 reply
