  1. Already bought a PS5 console on Facebook marketplace or eBay? Great, congratulation! Some of these people just bought it from the scalpers, and didn't realized they had wasted $2,000 on the stolen or banned console. And if they don't care about losing a $2,000 from scalpers who sold it to them because some people have a job pay more money $2,000 a months, then good for these people!

This is why I rather went to buy in store rather than ordering a $2,000 gaming console from somebody sold it on Facebook or eBay, and thinking they could rip me off that easily with ridiculous expensive price, more than normal price in electronic stores.

It is like people looking to buying stolen art from NFT thieve who sold cheap price to these people which they took from DeviantArt, but the artwork still has the watermark of the artist's name on it.

Gaming console scalpers and NFT thieves are the opposite worst type the artists and the companies have been dealing with it. Because they are making money off a million of dollars from companies and the artists. Of course, I am so glad DeviantArt are fighting back against NFT thieves. And so the game retailers are fighting back against PS5/Xbox Series scalpers. Of course, the new bills will make it illegal for console scalpers, see for more details from this 2021 articles here.

Whatever you see a cheap graphic cards, items, gaming consoles or a high end gaming PC on eBay or Facebook Marketplace, do not buy it. If you do -- you're just throwing your money away. Well, no one can stop you, because it's your money anyway, right?

And also, I do agreed with PayPal for permanently banned any sellers who had made about $2,000 or $15,000 a weeks on eBay. Just like one guy who had his $15,000 - $20,000 stuck in his PayPal account after PayPal freeze it for investigation on suspicious. He only had PayPal for about 3 years make that much money from eBay, and now accusing PayPal of stealing his money? Seriously? Good for PayPal! Keep fighting back against these scammers. This guy could be one of those scalper, attempted of selling hundred of thousands of gaming console by ripping people off on eBay.

I had my PayPal since 2010, and still active. And yes, PayPal do send me a notice letters once for verify my account and I did. And then they unfreeze my account. Now I can sell art from DeviantArt store and freelancing on Fiverr with no problem. Not all artists are lucky. Some do get their PayPal freeze due to suspicious of gambling, or whatsoever they shouldn't do.

Anyway, the U.S. Democrats need to do something about these bunch of scalpers. They are stealing stealing the sales money from the company and the retailers. I can hope that this will give more easier for regular consumers like myself to purchase a console for our love ones on Christmas and birthday gift.
