I am currently very depressed, I don't know what to do. Some of my seniors are providing the same services on Fiverr, but they have been harassing me for the past few days. This is because my Fiverr gig is appearing on the first page and I am receiving orders and 5-star ratings, which has made them jealous. They are saying that I should give them 50 percent of whatever I earn and keep 50 percent for myself. If I don't do this, they threaten to report my Fiverr account together and create fake orders to give me negative ratings or cancel orders. I don't understand what to do, I am very worried about this matter. They don't know how hard I work, and what sacrifices I have made to get to this point. Can you please give me some good suggestions?

How did they contact you? I suppose via Fiverr chat. If yes then report to Fiverr immediately. Don't worry they will take of it. Thanks

  3. From the above example/ screenshot you shared. $580 is being cleared you still don't have it. The heading itself says future payments. That is the reason it is not showing in the Balance available(withdrawl) or monthly earnings. Once the funds are cleared they will reflect on both.

Also, talk to CS that seems to be low. Sometimes it can be a tech glitch. Or if there is something else they will help you. Thanks

Let's say the buyer is not active, and visits Fiverr rarely. Do you leave the order late and undelivered, waiting for revision information for an unknown amount of time (Possibly weeks or months)?

While late orders can be cancelled by the buyer or maybe even the system automatically, I'm not sure if an order in revision is considered late, despite it saying LATE and being considered undelivered?

Would be nice to hear people's opinions for if it happens to you one day. 🙂

I have been in this situation where the client asked for revision without any details. I requested details for a week or two but got no response. As per the TOS, we can't deliver same file. The delivered file after the client asks for revision must contain the requested changes. So I contacted Customer support. And it got resolved. within a few days, he replied and we were on track. :)

Don't worry once you deliver(first delivery) it's not late.

  6. Yes, it is good for new sellers. Fiver does give a lot of opportunities to new sellers to showcase their talent. It is our job to latch on to those opportunities and convert them into sales. Our goals include high-quality work and customer satisfaction. Due to high competition it might take time however we need to be focused and when given a chance come out with flying colors.  Regarding the old seller getting orders keep competitive prices and offer better service. Believe me, everyone wants best service for a better price.

Please give importance to my matter.

I'm a Level 2 Seller. I'm not getting orders on my account. My family is in a very crisis. My Mother & Father is very sick. I can't see a doctor them. Please Fiverr do something for me. I can't anymore.

Even there is no market for cooking at home.  This is reality.

Give me a suggestion on what should I do.

Also a gig under promotion but not getting success.
    This gig:- https://www.fiverr.com/webservice96/design-or-redesign-your-wix-website

    Best regards,
    Helal Uddin from webservice96

I can understand have been in this situation during COVID. Don't worry things will be brighter soon as they did for me(and for everybody). And believe me, for a couple of my friends Fiverr was a savior during these tough times. That's how I got introduced to Fiverr :)

Having said that when it comes to business everything drills down to Customer satisfaction and Customer service.

Let me share their experience of what they did and came out with flying colors. That is doing what is in your control.

    (1) gig optimization - Observe top gigs in your category(don't copy) and make changes necessary to compete with them.

    (2) Price optimization - This is important. After gig optimization(including price)  when you think you are ready. Reduce the prices of your package for a month or so than the current trend. This will give your gig an initial boost and orders( specially promoted gig). Everyone loves good service for less price. You might suffer at the start however you will have a good client base by then. And once things start moving you can always increase the prices to the normal level. Remember Customer service and customer satisfaction should be the goal, not money. Look for the bigger goal.

    (3) In one of your reviews I noticed the Client mentioning pushy for money. I understand how it feels when one needs money specially when the work is done you need money fast. However, we have to make sure we don't mix personal affairs with work. That's what makes a great seller. No matter what the situation is smile and greet. They have their problem to deal with let's give them a good time and a reason to come back again.

Hope this work out for you. All the best. God bless you. :)

  8. It will take 3- 6 months (as mentioned above by friends). In the meantime, you can promote your gig on social media. The key is getting orders with satisfied clients both public and private feedback. Thanks

In your specific example, if you want the 6th gig to be the first gig and the rest remain the same, you would follow these steps:

    1. Go to your Fiverr profile.
    2. Click on the "Gigs" tab.
    3. Click on the "Manage Gigs" button.
    4. Under the "Gigs" section, you will see a list of all your gigs.
    5. Click on the three dots to the right of the 6th gig.
    6. Select "Move Gig to Top".
    7. Click on the "Save" button.

    The new order of your gigs will be 6, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.

Thanks a lot for replying. I followed the steps till step 5. Clicked on three dots. However, I don't see the "Move gig to Top" option on the drop-down menu(screenshot attached). Can you help me locate teh same or share a screenshot. I am using a laptop for this. Even tried in mobile but in vain. Thanks

  10. Is there a way we can arrange our gigs in a particular order in our profile? For example, if we have 6 gigs. 6th gig was the last created. Current gig display order - 1,2,3,4,5,6. And we want anyone who lands in our profile to see the 6th gig to be the first gig and the rest remain the same. So now the new display order will be -6,1,2,3,4,5

    Is it possible?

If yes then how. Please help. Thanks

Hello Everyone, I'm Ahmad, a seasoned Level 2 seller on Fiverr. Unfortunately, I haven't received any orders in the past 12 months. I'm seeking advice on how to get orders flowing again. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

You need to constantly make changes in your gigs as per current trends to be one step ahead of others. Big brand companies do that. They keep on reinventing/ changing frequently to attract more clients. Even Fiverr does it.

I will suggest you look at the top gigs in your category take inspiration from them and make necessary changes in your gig as per the current trend in Fiverr. The gig title, Thumbnail, gig video, intro video, Pricing, gig description etc need to be worked on.

    Thanks

    Hi Fiverr Fam!
I want to promote one of my gigs on social media platform using Facebook Ads, is it legal to promote gigs via Facebook/Google Ads? Expert's advice is needed.
Thank you so much in Advance.
    Ahmad

Yes, you can(Except for the Google ads platform).

    - Sellers may not promote their Gigs or any Fiverr content via the Google Ads platform.

Please check at the bottom of "Term of Services" on the Fiver main page or click on the link above.

  13. Either the pricing is not correct or the gig description. Please check the top gig in your category. Check if they offering something unique that might be related to AI or any new technology which is attracting buyers toward them and pricing etc. Thanks

    Hello there,

This is Rasvi speaking. I've been with this marketplace since 2021. In the last 9 months, one of my gigs received over 20k impressions and 30+ orders per month. However, the rank of the particular Gig has dropped for no apparent reason since the beginning of August! Previously, this gig was ranked first in two keywords: "vintage t-shirt" and "hand drawing t-shirt." It was always on the first page and within the first 1-2 rows. This was also a 'Fiverr choice' gig in the 'Hand drawing t-shirts' tag. I've also finished some Fiverr choice orders with five-star ratings last month.

I updated the gig with a hand-drawing video a week ago, however, the ranking did not drop last week. The ranking has dropped dramatically since the beginning of this month, as evidenced by the attachments in the graph. I've also attached a graph of my performance over the last three months.
Please keep in mind that I have never received a warning or penalty from Fiverr.
How can I regain my former ranking? 'Promoted gig' is not something I want to purchase. I want to earn money the same way I did last year. Is Fiverr pushing me to purchase a "Promoted Gig"?

Hi Rasvi, Seems like you have got bad private feedback may be more than one. I am not saying your services are bad or the customer was not satisfied. This happened to me as well. Some clients might rate you bad or not up to mark or could be better in private no matter what. I have learned to live with it. The max we can do is give our best and hope for the best. This normally fades off within 3 months(Sorry I am not sure of the exact time. Please correct me if I am wrong). However, in the meantime, you can get more than 5 stars from your existing/ regular clients and get more positive feedback. Which will make the process faster.

Regarding promotion - I feel Fiverr is a huge platform. Every category has thousands of talents. If out of those say 3 % are the best. Still, it's way too much for Fiverr to suggest to clients. So no matter how good you are at some point promotion helps. Apple does it. One has to be one step ahead of the competition. And one of the tools is Promotion. Which can help in reaching out to clients/ new clients. I have seen all the big companies with best product do it. So I believe you should  go for it.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks

  15. Friend though it ultimately drills down to the skill, customer service and customer satisfaction. However the more gig the better. It might help in getting more clients(impressions/ clicks ). As only 5 keywords can be used per gig. So for example you make 2 gigs it's 10 keywords now. just make sure not to replicate the same gig into 2 or 3 gigs. They should be different. Offering different services in the same category.

Regarding the single package for a gig. That is service specific. More variation in packages attract buyers of a different budget. So for example, if you keep more than 1 package in one gig you cater to 5$, 50$ and $200 Clients in a single gig. Which maximizes the conversion rate and revenue.

    Hope this helped.

    Thanks
