    Hello, I've delivered my work to the Gig today. He has paid me but the transaction is in "Pending Clearance". It is my first payment and I want to know what it means. I need to know what it means, please.

    Is it recommended for a buyer to ask guarantee levy? I've been given a project to fulfill and the buyer requires to me to send money as a guarantee levy till I complete the project then I will be refunded on successful completion and be paid.
