    I also have same problem with me, I think Fiverr removed cash advance option now, let me know if any one else know the exact reasone.

    @bethany_scraper

    it happens.  this is mostly when your earnings start to reduce.. e.g if you used to earn 2000k per month and you drop to 1000k, the option disappears for a while.. this is because they use AI

    I am a level 2 seller and I haven't yet got the option of Cash advance and how and when will I get this ?

    @annaroze  this might be because of your earnings.

    since its a loan, they need to ensure you can pay back without difficulties.. so you need to ensure your profile has orders following in at a constant rate.

    also, the bigger the orders, the better your chances as you can receive huge loans upto 5000k

    hope it helps

  3. Hi, i'm a 2nd level seller here and i wish to share my experience that may hopefully help 1 or 2 people.

    when it comes to cash advance, it is important to know that it is controlled by the Algorithm and not personnel.

    if you are eligible for a cash advance, it might be withdrawn if you:

    1. have fallen in your ratings

    2. you've dropped from your current level.

    once you pick up your pace, the cash advance immediately comes back with an increase too.

    Access to promoted gigs is based on the quality of your gigs and buyer satisfaction. If you don't meet the requirements at this time, that's just how it is. I'm sorry to hear that your injury caused this, and I hope you're on your way to getting better!

    The best thing you can do to recover from this on Fiverr, is to deliver excellent work and service to your buyers. That means over-delivering, always delivering on time and make sure to communicate clearly with your buyers. If you keep your buyers happy, your buyer satisfaction will rise again.

    If your stats are on 100%, that's great. Keep it that way, and you'll get promoted back up to level 2 at the next evaluation, as long as you don't have any TOS warnings.

    Being level 2 doesn't mean you automatically get access to promoted gigs, though. To get that, you simply need to be excellent. If your buyers are happy, Fiverr is happy. How long it's going to take depends entirely on how many orders you get and what percentage of buyers you have that will leave private feedback to Fiverr.

    i agree with this.. it might take upto when your completing order rating reads 90% @hamzazaman469

    Thanks!!

    Yea agree, it took me a long time and a lot of work to get those 5 star reviews lol

    starting again from scratch with my company name it would be too much work to get the reviews again

    I've read a guide from a top seller on Fiverr and he said that once he started he had his first name here, then he realized he made a mistake and so he closed the account and opened a new one with his company name.. he still became successful and a top seller

    @lortui i agree with you

    but in my case I use my own name here and it has worked as i generate well..

    what extremely matters is being honest with your clients

    i started as a 1 man.. but I'm expanding.. since my profile has brought me returning and committed clients.. i believe that even working using your own name can work
