I don't understand why I've been demoted to level 0. I used to be level 1. I haven't received any gig offers for nearly 6 months, and thus I believe my 'Success Score' is empty. Shouldn't a seller only get demoted if they've actively done something to lower their score, such as late work submissions or negative reviews from clients? It's not my fault that I haven't gotten a gig in quite a while. My response rate also doesn't contain any data, when in fact I replied to a message from a previous client on the 17th of April within an hour. Can someone explain what's happening?

Can someone please respond to this? I don't want this to affect my business.

Why is "Garment animation" there instead of just "Animation" like how it always used to be in my Custom Offer page? Nowhere in my Gig settings and description do I mention garments. Is this a bug?

I'm a 3D generalist (modelling, texturing, animation, product/scene concepting), and I've had an account as a seller for over a year, but I've only gotten one request so far. I have my 'Category' and 'Service Type' set up as Graphics & Design > Industrial & Product Design > 3D Modelling & Rendering, and yet for a year now, nearly all of the Buyer Requests have been for CAD modelers, which I'm not. Is my current gig's 'Category' and 'Service Type' bringing in the wrong potential customers? If so, what should it be for a 3D generalist?
