  1. What is the click-through order ratio? What do you think?
  2. Updating Gig profiles is good or bad for SEO?
  3. You still have to respond manually in order to maintain the response rate. So, I think automated responses are just a temporary measure to give you some extra time to respond.
  4. Is asking for a website link against Fiverr rules? Maybe not in the greetings, which I also find very irritating, but there are some gigs where the seller needs the buyer's website, social media accounts, etc.
  5. True, greetings are important, but understanding what the buyer needs is more important. I think sellers must, yes it is a must, ask the right questions to buyers.
  6. My buyers won't write more than a few words. What should I do to get more detailed feedback from my buyers? I mean, they are great buyers, right? Right?
  7. Yes, many buyers do not even say hi or hello, which I find to be bad behavior, but what can we do, right?
  8. Some sellers advertise their services as costing $5-$10, but in reality, they ask for more. Even if buyers point out that the gig is listed for $5, the sellers claim, "I forgot to change it."
  9. So many $5–$10 gigs are deceptive. Fiverr should take action regarding this issue.
  10. These days, Fiverr has an automatic first message for buyers. I think starting a conversation is the hardest part, which is why they implemented this service.
  11. You can perform a new search for your niche and consider rebuilding your gig. Maybe some new keywords have emerged since last year, or there are new trends to consider.
  12. What would be your first words to the buyer other than greetings or "How can I help you?"
  13. Please stop selling your time and skills for $5-$10!! A low price, or a competitive price, as you may call it, will not help you if you provide low-quality service. Believe me, your customers will come back to you even if you charge double, as long as you do your job as promised.
  14. I think both of you are correct. Sometimes, they hesitate to give a 5-star rating because they're unsure if the work deserves it, whether it's a 5-star or 1-star effort. However, I feel disheartened because I typically engage in discussions with them about their project beforehand.
  15. Why do some buyers remain silent even when they could express their opinions, such as 'I don't like it' or 'I do like it,' despite my encouragement for them to ask anything? I do not understand the psychology behind this.
  16. What should the optimum click-to-order ratio be? What do you think?
  17. Can anybody explain what exactly a "Get Brief" is and how it works?
