Thank fully I recive the CS response now. But the problem with the CS is they don't read my messages what I am trying to explain him, and CS talking something differently.
The issue with my client is Intially he send me a footage and I complete the work on time. But then after seeing the final result client didn't like his footage and saying change the footage with the new shot which is completely change. I am asking for the additional cost. So he's saying refund my money, and CS is not understanding basically they ignore this whole point, and their answer feel like they didn't read me messages.
