    If you are not sure, why they temporarily disable your account then ask the Fiverr support. Again At first time they always sent a pre-made template in the email.
    So it's important to ask them why this is happened. After that talk to them, apologize to them and ask them if it's possible to open the account. After that if they don't remove restrictrictions then you have to wait for 90 days and need to wait for their final decision 🙂

    I think you should accept the order. It's seems they are genuine. Because as they are changing their product and asking you to do that. You should do that. Cause they are offering you new order. If they were scammers then they may say that you don't need work or give you more job with the same amount. But it's seems that they are not scammers and they really want to work with for their project.
    if you don't do that they may cancel the order ... In my opinion you should accept the order and work with them.. 🙂

    I don't think that your impression dropped for him. May it's because fiverr gig rotation or hidden feedback.

    From my experience, when you are starting your freelance career on Fiverr, and getting offers from buyer requests, then you should do the jobs within their budget.
    when you start to do a few orders from buyer requests and get good ratings from them then it will greatly help you to rank your gig higher. When your gig will rank higher then you will get offers from your gig more than the fixed price.

    I actually do when I started and now getting good jobs : )

    it means that, you are getting funds ready to withdraw soon. The first one is smaller which means it takes more time than the second one.

    Hi there,
    This is very sad. I never face such kind of problem But I can suggest you to create a new ticket. The new ticket may help you to get reply from FIVERR SUPPORT.
    The first message they will send that will be auto responder or a premade template. Try to get second reply from them and ask them to take a  closer look on this subject.

    If you search a keyword on fiverr. You don't get a best selling or new arrival filter option. There are new seller, level one seller, level two seller, top rated and Fiverr pro. Where you noticed that new arrival or best selling?
     

    I think you are a new seller on fiverr that's why You don't know anything about it...

    This is very normal. This was happened with me also. The way to overcome this situation is...
    1. edit your gig
    2. Send buyer request properly to get orders.
    3. Be active on social media and other platforms. (Specially on Quora)
    4. Be active different groups and pages where your client may roam.
    If you follow this then you will definitely get orders, get reviews and finally you will get back your rank 🙂

    The reason you are not getting buyer request is, You may didn't completed your profile and gigs 100%. There are also a time frame to get buyer requests. 
    The first solution is,

    • Make the profile 100% complete
    • Do research and create multiple gigs with different sub-category (initially you can create 7 gigs)

    The second solution is the time frame... In my country the time to get buyer request is,

    • 11am
    • 3-4pm
    • 6pm
    • 11-3am

    This is according to my country. Search on google and find out which time frame work for you, Also you can watch youtube videos which has been made by your country's fiverr sellers.

    Yes you can share, but here most of the people are sellers. Here is also buyers but to get them you need write for them. If you post according to your dream buyer's pain point then you will definitely get leads. Try to provide value to your articles which you are going to write for your dream buyer.     As you publish your gig and ranked well. But after few days your gig impression decreased that mean you are not active properly. or not sending buyer request properly.

    I have few tips for you....
    1. Send buyer request properly. try to get order and provide them a as much as good quality job you can do.
    2. Stay active online more than 12 hours on fiverr
    3. Be active on fiverr forum
    4. Try to find out your client's on social media. Specially on Quora And move them to fiverr and get orders from them

    if you do this. Get orders and 5 star reviews then your will rank well and you will get orders.
    As you are a seller on fiverr be patient. Try keeping your job perfectly and wait.
    You will definitely get orders ... 🙂

    As you get it back and your gig is inactive it's my personal suggestions for you.
    that you should edit your gig, do research again and edit your gig with full SEO...

    If you do that hope that can benefit you and also I think Fiverr will suggest you after your gigs are activated.
    One more thing Don't lose hope. In Sha Allah your gigs again will rank and you will start getting orders.

    GIG SEO is a very simple things... You have to implement the main keyword in following content..

    1. Title
    2. Package
    3. Description
    4. FAQ
    5. Tags
    6. Gig images and video
    7. Also PDF
     

    Never miss anything on your gig, Complete 100% gig requirement. Never give up. Here you need to wait a little bit to do something good in your freelancing career.
