i stay contact the support use the mail but is open a tickets

i already contact the fiverr support before 24h but is not resolved any things i wasted much money and cancel order for this probleme and the hacker still can connected and enter all time in the help desk and stay marked my tickets as solved by hacked and the fiverr didn't reply me

mokhtart0uiriToday at 06:24 Dear, I hope this email finds you well I have been hacked by a seller and he stole all my money in my account ( he bought an offer from my personal account however once I received his order i declined it and reported it). Actually, He connected on my account and i wasn’t able to open it and he is right now connected and his IP address is from Bangladesh . Also, he ordered a product from my account and I received a confirmation message on chat however i have blocked him and reported him once I received his order. There’s no proof that the order has been processed or confirmed and I would like to report this. It is not acceptable there is no security measurement on fiverf and please could you check the order location ( he passed the order from Bangladesh however I am based in Tunisia). Thank you for your understanding, and please can you fix this problem as soon as possible. Best ,
