[Funds transferred to PayPal but not received.]

Hello everyone please I need help from someone who has experienced this. 

I transferred money from fiverr to PayPal. 

I got an email saying it Your Fiverr  withdraw was successful. 

But no money was recieved in my PayPal account. It's been 5 days now. I contacted both paypal and Fiverr support. Most of the people I asked around me said their own issues were never resolved and they had to forget the money 

Please has anyone experienced this and was it resolved.
