Hello everyone please I need help from someone who has experienced this. I transferred money from fiverr to PayPal. I got an email saying it Your Fiverr withdraw was successful. But no money was recieved in my PayPal account. It's been 5 days now. I contacted both paypal and Fiverr support. Most of the people I asked around me said their own issues were never resolved and they had to forget the money Please has anyone experienced this and was it resolved.

I am a newbie on Fiverr in the white paper niche I had a buyer contact me and after the conversation, he agreed to order my standard gig. And then he didn't place the order— is it against fiverrs terms to reach out to client to remind them to order?
